Order process, easy and simple order

How can I order?

General:

Please log in with your username and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking the "Remove" box, or canceling the order process. By clicking the button "Checkout" you will get to the next order step.

2. Checkout

Here you will find the total amount of your order at the top and you can view your selected items again by clicking on the shopping cart icon. Please select the shipping address for your order from the addresses already saved or create a new address. At the bottom you will be informed about the expected shipping costs for your order. By clicking the "Continue" button you will be taken to the next step of the order process.

3. Slect payment method

Enter your preferred method of payment. If you select "Invoice", you can enter your in-house order number. Clicking the "shopping cart icon" will open a summary of your order.

4. Check shipping and billing address

Now check your shipping and billing address. If they are different addresses, you can select your billing address by removing the check mark or create a new one.

5. Complete the order process / terms and conditions and cancellation policy

After you have checked all the details, please read the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the cancellation policy (check the box). By clicking the button " Checkout" you send your order to us. You are making a binding offer.
